Craig Kerr grew up in Flour Bluff and has spent his career in all phases of construction. Craig has remodeled, rebuilt, designed and delivered hundreds of properties in the Coastal Bend, Padre Island and Port Aransas. Criag is in charge of all construction in all our Projects.
VP / Construction Superintendent / Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent
Adrianna Carter has worked in the Real Estate Industry for over 25 years. Adrianna has been an on site Superintendent for various projects specializing in town home construction. She has experience in the Mortgage Business, and Leading a Construction from pouring a slab to delivering the C of O. Adrianna has recently become a Texas Licensed Real Estate Agent and also handles of all sales for our Projects.

Kylee handles our office matters and Home Owners Associations.
Kylee is a recent graduate of Texas A & M Corpus Christi with an accounting degree.
